Registration Terms & Conditions for IPOS Cloud System at pos.idamru.net

Welcome to IPOS, the cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system provided by IDA System & Support Ltd. Before you register and use our POS cloud system, please read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully. By registering and using IPOS, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you may not use our POS cloud system.

1. Registration and Account

1.1 Eligibility: To register and use IPOS, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. By registering, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2 Account Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process. You must maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are solely responsible for any activities or actions taken under your account.

1.3 Account Security: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity.

2. Use of IPOS

2.1 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use IPOS for the purpose of managing your point of sale operations.

2.2 System Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection to access and use IPOS. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties or limitations you may experience due to inadequate system requirements.

2.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use IPOS for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our system.

2.4 Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge and understand that no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Subscription Fees: The use of IPOS may require payment of subscription fees. The fees and payment terms will be specified on our website or communicated to you separately. Failure to pay the required fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to IPOS.

3.2 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to IPOS, including software, trademarks, and copyrights, are owned by IDA System & Support Ltd or its licensors.

4.2 Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on IPOS without our prior written consent.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account and cease using IPOS at any time by following the instructions provided in our system.

5.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to IPOS, with or without cause, at any time and without notice.

5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use IPOS will immediately cease, and you will no longer have access to your data stored within the system. We may delete your data upon termination, except as required by applicable laws and regulations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 IPOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of IPOS for your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law

, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use IPOS, including any errors or disruptions in the system.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
